Leading Midlands’ cosmetic surgeon Dalvi Humzah is putting a pioneering non invasive face lifting treatment to the test.

Mr Humzah will be using one of only two Ultherapy™ machines in the UK during a live demonstration on Friday (11th February) at Waterside Aesthetics in Solihull.
His private practice, Plastic and Dermatological Surgery (PDS), is the first clinic in the West Midlands to trial the cosmetic benefits of Ultherapy™.
Ultherapy™ is a non invasive face and neck lifting treatment which can be used to lift, tighten and tone loose skin to delay the effects of ageing and gravity. Using therapeutic ultrasound technology, the treatment gently heats the tissue under the skin to lift and tighten the face without cutting or disrupting the surface of the skin.
Besides the visible effects of lifting and tightening, the treatment also creates new collagen to help the skin maintain its youthfulness.
Performed in 30 to 60 minutes, Ultherapy™ requires no special recuperation or preparation and typically only takes one treatment to achieve a noticeable response.
Dalvi Humzah said: “There isn’t a replacement for the dramatic effects of surgery, but Ultherapy™ offers a non surgical approach for men and women looking for a less invasive face lifting treatment to help skin maintain its youthfulness.
“It can be used to treat a range of common facial sagging areas including descending eyebrows, excess cheek and neck skin and overall tightening of the face.
“Patients will benefit from some initial effect immediately following the procedure, but the ultimate lifting will take place over 2-3 months, as tired collagen is rejuvenated and supplemented with new, stronger collagen.”
Treatment costs from £600 per area and is available on request from Mr Humzah’s clinics in Worcester, Wolverhampton, Halesowen and Cheltenham.
