Our challenge was to devise a bold internal communications campaign that brought the company’s 5-year vision to life.
We developed a campaign theme 'Connecting Together' and initiatives including a lively magazine to communicate key messages, an interactive ‘flash’ presentation for a nationwide roadshow and promotional merchandise that articulated messages in a fun and engaging way.
Feedback from the roadshow was overwhelmingly positive, with 80% of attendees saying they genuinely felt part of the business, clearly understood future plans and their particular role.
