A customer focused PR campaign is helping to elevate TM Logistics as one of the UK’s top logistics specialists.
Acting as TML’s press desk, betterpr issues regular press releases on new contracts, company achievements and industry comment, as well as selling in customer case studies tailored to trade and business media.
David Bratton, business development director of TML, said: “Over the last seven years, betterpr has been supporting TML’s growth plans with targeted media relations and communications activity which has strengthened the firm’s position in our key market sectors and opened doors into new ones.” |

TML’s ‘customer first’ approach has seen PR activity supporting customer roadshows on key issues such as the Working Time Directive, with publicity positioning TML as a ‘voice’ of the industry, securing speaker platforms at national conferences and media interviews.
Supporting this, betterpr has run intensive media training for key spokespeople covering theory on interview techniques and simulated live interviews with a journalist.
Most recently, betterpr has published a quarterly magazine for existing and target customers called ‘InTouch’ with regular columns on TML’s environmental and IT developments, as well as general news. |
